Q: Do you allow Pets?
A: Yes, with proof of renter's insurance, we do allow pets in our single family houses. $100 pet deposit and an additional $50 per month. Some breeds of dogs are not allowed.

Q: Is there an application fee?
A: NO we do not require an application fee

Q: My credit is bad, do you do a credit check?
A: NO, we do not do a credit check for our rental units but for our rent to own houses we have you fill out a credit application to see if you would qualify in a year or two to buy a house.

Q: School District?
A: Most of our homes are in the Hamilton and Fairfield School Districts

Q: Late fee charges?
A: All rent is do on the 1st, late after the 3rd. On the 4th there is a $50 late fee assessed to your account.

Q: Do you pay for utilities?
A: Tenants have to obtain their own utilities.

Q: Do your homes come with appliances?
A: Most of our homes have a stove and refrigerator provided

Q: Do your homes have washer and dryer hook ups?
A: Yes, most of our homes do.

Q: When may I see your homes?
A: We are very flexible and you will be able to schedule a showing time that is convenient for you

Q: Who is responsible for the up Keep of the yard?
A: In our single family homes the tenant is responsible for their own yard, keeping grass cut, bushes trimmed, and trash contained. In our multi family units, we maintain the yards and common areas.

Q: Am I required to sign a lease?
